Unity, Responsibility, Embarking on a New Journey, Empowering Navigation, Strong Responsibility, Hong'an Group's Middle Level Capability Enhancement Training Successfully Held

In order to further strengthen the responsibility and leadership ability of middle-level managers, and build the "backbone" of high-quality development of the enterprise, Hong'an Group recently organized a special training on "Gathering Strength and Responsibility, Empowering Leadership" to enhance the middle-level ability. The general managers of each center of the group led a team of middle-level managers to gather together, through systematic learning and practical discussions, to hone their sense of responsibility and improve their management skills, injecting new momentum into the implementation of the group's strategy.

This training focuses on the two core areas of "cohesion" and "empowerment", focusing on the weak areas of middle-level cadres in strategic implementation, team management, problem solving, and other aspects. Senior industry experts are invited to give lectures, using a diversified form of "theoretical lectures+case analysis+group discussions+scenario simulations", covering key modules such as role positioning, efficient team building, collaborative communication, risk prevention and decision-making thinking.

The training focuses on the core issue of "responsibility and leadership". In depth analysis of 'responsibility' is not limited to 'completing tasks', but rather breaks through job boundaries with a' result oriented 'approach - from' internal tasks' to 'overall responsibility', from 'doing' to 'achieving', from 'external attribution' to 'internal review'. In addition to mindset reshaping, training focuses more on "empowering implementation". In response to the challenges faced by middle-level managers in high-frequency scenarios such as team motivation and cross departmental collaboration, relevant practical simulation exercises will be set up: using case studies to simulate resource games in cross departmental and hierarchical collaboration, practicing the communication strategy of "seeking common ground while reserving differences and focusing on win-win".
