Yesterday evening, Shenzhen Zhishang Technology Co., Ltd. issued an announcement stating that company recently signed the "2027 Demand Forecast Cooperation Memorandum" with PH customer. In 2027, PH customer is expected to purchase optical connectors (MPO fiber patch cords and other optical communication products) from the company, with an estimated total demand forecast target amount of $500 million (approximately3.346 billion RMB). The 2027 demand forecast is only used for annual supply chain coordination and capacity locking between the two parties. The supply, settlement, and delivery plans shall be subject to the formal purchase orders subsequently issued by PH customer and confirmed by both parties.

It is worth noting that company's revenue in 2025 was 998 million RMB, of which the optical communication business revenue was 561 million RMB, year-on-year increase of 16.60%. In other words, this single order is equivalent to 6 times the optical communication business revenue of year!

Zhishang Technology previously stated that the company's early-stage optical communication product production base in Vietnam has achieved full production.

Data shows that optical connectors belong to passive optical components and are an important part of optical communication devices. They are mainly used for the connection of fiber optic lines, the connection between the port of an optical transmitter/input port of an optical receiver and the optical fiber, and the connection between fiber optic lines and other optical components, etc. They can low-latency, ultra-high-speed information transmission. Application scenarios include data centers, telecommunication rooms, 4G & 5G outdoor base stations,TH, etc.
