Equipment purpose: air handling unit

1. Box

1. The insulation layer is securely bonded to the panel with anti-rust treatment, ensuring a scratch-free and corrosion-resistant surface. The inspection door is airtight and smooth, facilitating maintenance.

2. New air inlet, air outlet, return air outlet and air duct are connected with flange, and 500mm is left outside the flange for convenient installation and maintenance.

2. Fan

1. The double air intake centrifugal fan is adopted. The impeller is made of aluminum alloy or galvanized steel plate. The impeller and shaft are tested by static balance and dynamic balance.

2. The fan adopts belt drive.

3. Flexible short pipe at the outlet of the fan, and the material meets the fire protection requirements.

3. Motor

1. The motor is a moisture and heat-resistant, air-cooled, fully enclosed three-phase asynchronous motor with insulation class F or higher and protection rating IP54 or above, operating at 1500 rpm.

2. The motor power shall not exceed 110% of the design.

3. The motor can operate continuously in the environment with temperature ≤40°C and relative humidity ≤90%.

4. The motor is easy to install and adjust front and back, left and right.

4. Table cooler

1, the copper tube is made of high quality purple copper tube.

2. The fins are made of high quality aluminum foil, high efficiency fin form.

3. The inlet pipe is made of seamless steel pipe with a diameter greater than 3mm, with an exhaust valve at the top and a drainage valve at the bottom.

4. There is a water tray under the cooling table to facilitate the condensate flow.

5. Filter

The chassis is equipped with primary, medium and high efficiency filters, and a maintenance door is provided for easy replacement of medium and high efficiency filters.
