1. Introduction

  • The thin-walled styrene-based thermoplastic elastomer insulated wire is used as the raw wire for automotive low-voltage circuit harnesses;

  • It is heat-resistant, has excellent flexibility and good bending resistance;

  • Temperature resistance class — Class C: -40℃ to 125℃;

  • Rated voltage — DC 60V/AC 30V.

2. Material/Structure

· Conductor: Bare or tinned (X) copper wire with regular stranding (A), irregular bunch stranding (B) or flexible stranding (C);

· Insulation: Coated with styrene-based thermoplastic elastomer.

3. Standard/Specification

Performance is in accordance with GB/T 25085-2010, and color and model are in accordance with QC/T 414-2016.
